DSX Basic Certification Training Course

The DSX Basic Certification Training Course consists of the following modules:

• Basic DSX / IntraMail Overview
• Programming the Automated Attendant
• Advanced System / IntraMail Features
• System / Office Administrator
• DSX Hardware

Although you can learn the modules in any order, it is strongly recommended that you start with the Basic DSX / IntraMail Overview. Go through the course at your own pace and refer to the Quick Reference if it helps you.

DSX Version 3 Update Certification Training Course

The DSX Version 3 Update Certification Training Course consists of the following modules:

• Interactive Line Schedule example.
• Interactive IntraMail Multiple Language example.
