Disconnect Handling Improved

[3.09] The handling of Find Me Follow Me callouts that are placed on hold or abandoned by the calling party is improved in this software version.

Find Me Follow Me Loops Back to Voice Mail

[3.09] A Find Me Follow Me callout can no longer route to a destination's mailbox, disrupting the callout routing cycle. In prior versions, this could happen if one of the destinations was an extension with Fixed Call Forwarding to Voice Mail. The Find Me Follow Me call would route to the destination's mailbox and the cycle would end.

Incorrect Handling of Intercom Queue Key

[3.09] The Find Me Follow Me handling of a callout to an extension with an Intercom Queue key is corrected. In prior versions, an unanswered call ringing a destination's Intercom Queue Key would not time out correctly to the next Find Me Follow Me destination. Once routed to the next destination, the call would continue to phantom ring at the extension with the Intercom Queue key.
