Top Menu Level Scrolling Doesn't Wrap At Keyset

[3.09] A problem is corrected in this software level that prevented the top level menus at a keyset from wrapping around after the user pushed Menu + Select + Back. In this mode, pressing VOLUME up would not scroll from 90 to 10 and pressing VOLUME down would not scroll from 10 to 90. This is now corrected.
