[3.09] In order to prevent rapid Ethernet configuration changes in telephone programming from overwriting each other, Ethernet changes are now applied to the system once every 8 seconds. In prior software versions, it was possible for Ethernet configuration changes made in quick succession via telephone programming to interfere with each other. This could result in a partial (non-functioning) Ethernet configuration or a system crash.
