Keyset Display Doesn't Show Selected Ring Preferences Option

[3.01] A problem is corrected in which the top line of the keyset display did not correctly show the selected Menu + 40 sub-menu.

Missing and Inconsistent Soft Keys

[3.00.32] [3.01] This software version cleans up some inconsistencies and missing soft keys on a display keyset in the Menu + 42 + Next (6 times) + Set To Defaultssub-menu.

No Audible Confirmation when Selecting Ring Types

[3.01] At a keyset, Menu + 41 + Select + << or >> lets the user scroll through the ring type for the chosen ring mode. They will hear audible confirmation of each selected type. In prior software versions, the audible confirmation was not available.

Save and Cancel for Key Assignments Added

[3.01] Save and Cancel soft keys are added to the Menu + Ringing + Key Assignments (Menu + 41) sub-menu. In prior versions, the changes were always saved and could not be cancelled.

[3.01] At a Super Display keyset, Save and Cancel soft keys are added to the Menu + Ringing + Tone Assignments sub-menu.

Super Display Menu Justification Issue

[3.09] A text right justification issue that occurred after the following soft key sequence is corrected:
  • Menu + Ringing + Tone Configuration.

Tone Selection Volume Follows User Setting

[3.00.32] [3.01] After pushing Menu + Ringing + Tone Configuration at a Super Display telephone and selecting a tone type, the selected tone will play at the volume level set for ringing by the user and revert to the prior volume if cancelled. In prior software versions, this was not always the case.

Wrong Soft Keys Hidden After Class of Service Restriction

[3.09] Disabling 1405-01: Ring Tone Configuration, 1405-02: Station Ring Override, and 1405-03: Key Ring Override hides the Tone Assignments and Tone Configuration soft keys. The Key Assignments soft key remains visible but has restricted functions. In prior Version 3 releases:
  • Key Assignments was hidden but still worked.
  • Tone Assignments was correctly hidden and disabled.
  • Tone Configuration was shown but did not function.

The are several variations of this soft key issue, all of which are corrected.
