Setting Up the Next Call Routing Mailbox Options

1. Set the options for a Subscriber Mailbox.

  1. 2144-04: Next Call Routing Mailbox Stations: Config: IntraMail: Auto Attendant (2144): Next Call Routing Mailbox]
    Use this option to assign the Next Call Routing Mailbox to the Subscriber Mailbox. This Routing Mailbox provides the caller leaving a message with additional dialing options.
    Option Description
    801- 832 Routing Mailbox. [Default] = 801
  2. 2144-03: Dialing Option Stations: Config: IntraMail: Auto Attendant (2144): Dialing Option]
    Use this option to allow the caller to dial additional digits (not just 0) once in the Next Call Routing Mailbox.
    Option Description
    No (0) [Default] Disabled.
    Yes (1) Enabled.

2. Set the options for a Ring Group Subscriber Mailbox.

  1. 2214-04: Next Call Routing Mailbox [Stations: Ring Groups: IntraMail: Auto Attendant (2214): Next Call Routing Mailbox]
    Use this option to assign the Next Call Routing Mailbox to the Ring Group Subscriber Mailbox. This Routing Mailbox provides the caller leaving a message with additional dialing options.

    801- 832 Routing Mailbox. [Default] = 801

    Use this option to assign the Next Call Routing Mailbox to the UCD Group Subscriber Mailbox. This Routing Mailbox provides the caller leaving a message with additional dialing options.
