Setting the Message Storage Limit

Set the Message Storage Limit for Subscriber, Ring Group, and UCD Mailboxes.

  1. 2142-01: Number of Messages Stations: Config: IntraMail: Setup (2142): Number of Messages]
    Use this option to set the Message Storage Limit for a Subscriber. This is the maximum number of messages the mailbox can store. Mailbox.
    • If a caller tries to leave a message once the maximum number is reached, they hear, “That mailbox is full.” IntraMail then hangs up.
    Option Description
    1-99 Number of stored messages. [Default] = 99 for extension 300, 20 for all others.
