Ring Group Message Notification Options

  1. 2215-01: Enable Message Notification [Stations: Ring Groups: IntraMail: Notification (2215): Enable Notification]
    Use this option to enable Message Notification for the Ring Group mailbox.
    Option Description
    No (0) [Default] Disabled.
    Yes (1) Enabled.
  2. 2215-02: Message Notification Type [Stations: Ring Groups: IntraMail: Notification (2215): Type]
    Use this option to set the Message Notification type: extension, an outside voice number, or a digital pager.
    Option Description
    0 None.
    1 [Default] Outside voice number.
    2 Digital pager.
  3. 2215-03: Message Notification Start Hour [Stations: Ring Groups: IntraMail: Notification (2215): Start Hour]
    Use this option to set the time Message Notification should start.
    Option Description
    0 [Default] Midnight.
    1-23 Hour (using a 24-hour clock).
  4. 2215-04: Message Notification End Hour [Stations: Ring Groups: IntraMail: Notification (2215): End Hour]
    Use this option to set the time Message Notification should stop.
    Option Description
    0 [Default] Midnight.
    1-23 Hour (using a 24-hour clock).
  5. 2215-05: Message Notification Telephone Number [Stations: Ring Groups: IntraMail: Notification (2215): Phone Number]
    Use this option to enter the number Message Notification should call.

    Digits Telephone number (using 0-9, 16 digits max.).[Default] = no entry.
