Setting the Group Mailbox Subscriber Options

UCD Group Mailbox Setup

  1. 2312-01: Number of Messages [Stations: UCD Groups: IntraMail: Setup (2312): Number of Messages]
    Use this option to set the maximum number of messages that can be left in the UCD Group Subscriber Mailbox.
    Option Description
    1-99 Number of stored messages. [Default] = 20.
  2. 2312-02: Message Retention [Stations: UCD Groups: IntraMail: Setup (2312): Message Retention]
    Use this option to determine how long a UCD Group Subscriber Mailbox will retain saved messages.
    Option Description
    0 [Default] Indefinite.
    1-99 Number of days.
  3. 2312-03: System Administrator [Stations: UCD Groups: IntraMail: Setup (2312): System Admin]
    Use this option to designate the UCD Group Subscriber Mailbox as a System Administrator.
    Option Description
    No (0) [Default] Disabled.
    Yes (1) Enabled.
  4. 2312-04: UCD Group Mailbox Voice Prompt Language [Stations: UCD Groups: IntraMail: Setup (2312): Voice Prompts]
    Use this option to set the UCD Group Mailbox voice prompt language.
    Option Description
    1 [Default] Primary Language.
    2 Secondary Language.

UCD Group IntraMail Options

  1. 2313-01: Message Playback Order [Stations: UCD Groups: IntraMail: Options (2313): Playback Order]
    Use this option to set the UCD Group Subscriber Mailbox message playback order.
    Option Description
    1 [Default] LIFO.
    2 FIFO.
  2. 2313-02: Auto Erase/Save of Messages [Stations: UCD Groups: IntraMail: Options (2313): Auto Save/Erase]
    Use this option to determine what happens when a Subscriber Mailbox user completely listens to a new message and then exits their mailbox without either saving (SA) or erasing (E) the message.
    Option Description
    1 [Default] Auto Save.
    2 Auto Erase.
  3. 2313-03: Auto Time Stamp [Stations: UCD Groups: IntraMail: Options (2313): Auto Time Stamp]
    Use this option to enable or disable Auto Time Stamp for the UCD Group Subscriber Mailbox.

    Use this option to enable or disable Message Waiting lamping at the extensions associated with the UCD Group Subscriber mailbox.

  1. 2314-01: Auto Attendant Do Not Disturb [Stations: UCD Groups: IntraMail: Auto Attendant (2314): Auto Attendant Direct to VM]
    Use this option to enable or disable Automated Attendant Direct to Voice Mail.
    Option Description
    No (0) [Default] Disabled.
    Yes (1) Enabled.
  2. 2314-02: Forced Unscreened Transfer [Stations: UCD Groups: IntraMail: Auto Attendant (2314): Force Unscreened Transfer]
    Use this option to enable or disable Automated Attendant Forced Unscreened Transfer for the UCD Group Subscriber Mailbox.

    No (0) [Default] Disabled.
    Yes (1) Enabled.

    Dialing Option provides additional dialing options for Next Call Routing Mailbox calls.

    Use this option to specify the Directory List to which the Subscriber Mailbox belongs.

    Use this option to enable Park and Page.

    Use this option to enable Message Notification for the UCD Group mailbox.

    Use this option to set the Message Notification type: extension, an outside voice number, or a digital pager.
    Option Description
    0 None.
    1 [Default] Outside voice number.
    2 Digital pager.
  3. 2315-03: Start Hour [Stations: UCD Groups: IntraMail: Notification (2315): Start Hour]
    Use this option to set the time Message Notification should start.
    Option Description
    0 [Default] Midnight.
    1-23 Hour (using a 24-hour clock).

    Use this option to set the time Message Notification should stop.

    Use this option to enter the number Message Notification should call.

UCD Group Email Integration

  1. 2316-01: Email Enabled [Stations: UCD Groups: IntraMail: Email (2316): Enable Email Notification]
    Use this option to enable or disable email notification for a UCD Group Subscriber Mailbox.
    Option Description
    No (0) [Default] Disabled.
    Yes (1) Enabled.
  2. 2316-02: Email Address [Stations: UCD Groups: IntraMail: Email (2316): Address]
    If email notification is enabled, use this option to specify the email address to which the notification should be delivered.
    Option Description
    Alphanumeric 48 characters maximum. [Default] = no entry.
