Setting up IntraMail to Have Separate Day/Night Greetings

Separate Day/Night Greetings
Application Summary
  • By default, the IntraMail Automated Attendant answers all calls with the same greeting (Instruction Menu Message) - which is the message recorded for Call Routing Mailbox 801. This is because the routing mailbox for Monday-Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM is number 801. The Default Mailbox, which answers at all other times, is also number 801.
  • To have separate day and night greetings:
    1. Change the Default Mailbox from Call Routing Mailbox 801 to 808.
    2. Record a night Instruction Menu for Call Routing Mailbox 808.
