Data Entry Guidelines
When entering data into a schedule:
  • Days of the week are 1 (Sunday) through 7 (Saturday).
  • Time is HH:MM using a 24-hour clock.
  • Date is MM:DD.
  • Schedule types are 1 (Day of Week), 2 (Range of Days), and 3 (Date).
When setting up Answer Tables with multiple types, build the Answer Schedules in the following order:
  1. Range of Days
  2. Day of Week
  3. Date

Schedule Layout

  • Schedule 1 is a Range of Days schedule and runs Sunday through Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM and answers with Call Routing Mailbox 802.
  • Schedule 2 is a Range of Days schedule and runs Sunday through Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM and answers with Announcement Mailbox 808.
  • Schedule 3 is a Day of Week schedule and runs on Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and uses Announcement Mailbox 809.
  • The Default Mailbox (normally Call Routing Mailbox 801) answers at all other times not covered by the Schedules 1-3.
