Setting Up Answer Tables

1. Program the Answer Table Basics.

  1. 3131-02: Intramail Answer Table Assignment [Lines: Config: Options: Voice Mail (3131): IntraMail Answer Table #]
    Use this option to assign an Answer Table to each line that the Automated Attendant should answer.
    For simple IntraMail Automated Attendant setup, you don't have to change this option. All lines use Answer Table 1 by default.
    Option Description
    1-8 Answer Table 1-8. [Default] = 1.
  2. 4211-01: Default Mailbox [Voice Mail: Answer Tables: Answer Table: Setup (4211): Default Mailbox]
    Assign the routing mailbox the Answer Table will use when no schedule is in effect.
    Option Description
    Digits Mailbox
    • 801-832 for Routing Mailboxes 801-832. [Default] = 801.
    • 600-607 for Ring Group Mailboxes 600-607.
    • 700-707 for UCD Group Mailboxes 700-707.
    • 300-427 for Subscriber Mailboxes 300-427.
    • 0 for undefined
  3. 4211-04: Next Answer Table [Voice Mail: Answer Tables: Answer Table: Setup (4211): Next Table]
    When 10 Answer Schedules within an Answer Table are not sufficient, use this option to link two Answer Tables together. IntraMail treats the two linked tables as a single 20 entry Answer Table.
    Option Description
    1-8 Answer Table 1-8.
    UND [Default] Undefined (entered by pressing CLEAR).
