By default, the IntraMail Automated Attendant answers all calls with the same greeting (Instruction Menu Message) - which is the message recorded for Call Routing Mailbox 001. This is because the routing mailbox for Monday-Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM is number 001. The Default Mailbox, which answers at all other times, is also number 001. To have separate day and night greetings:
- Change the Default Mailbox from Call Routing Mailbox 001 to 008.
- Record a night Instruction Menu for Call Routing Mailbox 008. |

First, change the Default Mailbox to Call Routing Mailbox 008. |

- In 4211-01: Default Mailbox, change the Default Mailbox assignment to 008.

Then, record the daytime and night Instruction Menus. |

- At extension 300, press V-MAIL.
- For the IntraMail Automated Attendant
- Dial SA (72) + I (4).
For the Built-In Automated Attendant
- Dial #AG (#24).
- Dial 001 (for Call Routing Mailbox 1) + R (7).
- Record the daytime Instruction Menu message + # twice.
- Dial I (4).
- Dial 008 (for Call Routing Mailbox 8) + R (7).
- Record the night Instruction Menu message + # + Hang up.
